A friend and I spent two days in the Venice area and wanted to focus on Prosecco, Venice and Murano. We worked with Chiara to outline our preferences and the specifics of our logistics. She provided excellent feedback, relatively fair prices, and we learned and experienced everything we hoped for. All the guides and service providers were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend working with Chiara and would do so again if I am in the area.

Our trip was tailored and supported by Chiara at our travel company. Everything from accommodation (beautiful and well located hotels), to travel and transfers in Italy, to restaurants and tours were smoothly coordinated.
Chiara was very responsive to our needs and a great communicator. She made sure that we were in good hands and that all of our connections happened seamlessly. We made a number of changes in mid vacation and Chiara helped with and coordinated these courteously.

a charmed lifetime filled with convivial adventures, never have we enjoyed ourselves more. We do not get to see nearly enough of our friends who are now spread around the world, so these moments together are precious. Despite our very full and tight schedule, complex logistics, and changing minds (can we now have a minibus on Sunday with no notice?), you managed all with apparent ease and grace. The weekend was a spectacular success.
Planning an international vacation can be a daunting task. We were so blessed to have been introduced to Asolando and Chiara t.a. From the very first conversation with the travel company, we felt as though she had a very good understanding of what types of experien- ces our family would like to have and the pace at which we would like to move between cities. Her communication and follow up with us were exemplary. She is very thorough and detail-oriented. As she is not only a life-long resident of Italy, as well as, exceptionally well-versed in many of the sites and cities within Italy, she made wonderful suggestions as to where we should visit.

I just wanted to say that we had an amazing time! I went with my family and we worked with Chiara to put our itinerary together. We basically gave her loose guidelines on where and when we wanted
to go and she sent us back a pretty great agenda. We worked a little with her on pricing to get it to where we were budgeting and that was it. She was super responsive, enthusiastic, and she never made us feel bad for trying to be cheap with our travels. She also checked in with us every day while we were in Italy. SO GREAT and so nice!
I was very impressed by the level of detail and care that was given to planning our trip. Everyone we worked with while on our trip from the tour guides to the drivers were all so wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If we ever make it back to Italy we are definitely going to be wor- king with this travel team again.

Chiara made a beautiful 3 days of touring the Veneto Region. Vespas in the Dolomites, day trip to historical towns of Asolo and Bassano del Grappa and cooking class in a vineyard. She is fabulous! You must book a tour with It-Excellence for this region. From Venice, Verona, Bologna and Treviso. Perfetto!!!"

My husband and I attended one of the beautiful evening organized by “It-Excellence" at the Canova Museum. A dinner in the moonlight with excellent dishes and stimulating conversation and finally a guided tour in the house of Canova and in his atelier, by the light of the candles. A suggestive moment and a well organized event. We recommend it to everyone!
